Seminar On Investments in Taiwan

Singapore Business Federation will be organizing a Seminar on Investments in Taiwan on 23 Nov 2010 between 9 am and 12 noon. The Seminar is organised by the Taipei Representative Office in Singapore and supported by SBF.  The keynote speaker at this Seminar is H.E. Christina Liu, Minister of Council for Economic Planning and Development, Taiwan.

Introduction
The past two years have brought great strides in the development of cross-strait economic and trade relations. With the signing of the Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) along with the reduction of estate, gift and business taxes, Taiwan has become a bright new light in the global economy. There is widespread recognition around the world that now is the best time to invest in Taiwan.

To help global investors quickly grasp the great business opportunities being offered by Taiwan’s market, we are going to hold a series of investment promotion conferences around the world. One of the first stops will be in Singapore, where a Taiwan Road Show specially tailored to the interests of local potential investors will be held in the Shangri-La Hotel Singapore on November 23. At the meeting, we will brief investors from around the region on our five flagship plans for business investment in Taiwan.

We warmly invite you to attend the Seminar on Investment in Taiwan in Singapore and learn more about the rich opportunities for investing in Taiwan.
